opentalk.club provides a free, browser-based random video and text chat service that connects you anonymously with other users. No account or registration is required. The service includes optional features such as gender filtering available to subscribed users.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Site you must not:

• Show nudity, sexual acts, or explicit content of any kind.
• Harass, bully, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Share content that is hateful, discriminatory, or violent.

Violations may result in an immediate and permanent ban from the service.

6. Reporting & Moderation

Users can report inappropriate behaviour during a session. Reports are reviewed and may result in the reported user being banned. We take safety seriously but cannot guarantee a fully moderated environment at all times.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and site content (excluding user-generated content) are the property of Jeet Productions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeet Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including damages arising from interactions with other users.
